This so far is the best updated software for sure.
The music on my bike increased for sure.
My JBL's sound even just that much better with this update.
The Volume Control seems to work better as well.

Excellent! I did the install after some trepidation, but haven't had a change to put it through the paces yet. Uploading an additional 1348 songs to my flash drive. >:)

Did mine yesterday and my buddy's trike today. We haven't had a chance to do much testing, but I've got my hopes up!

Had some time to mess with it last night and seems to work as advertised. Didn't have to reset alot of the personal setting either after this upgrade which was nice. Loaded quicker too.

Anyone else having trouble with it..?

I have loaded it to my thumb drive twice, but it won't install. Keep getting the error message that the file is corrupt or incompatible.

Make sure you download the proper file for your radio, either the 4.3, 6.5GT or CVO. Then when it downloads to your computer, unzip the files and copy them to the flash drive individually. Make sure they are in the root directory or the only thing on the flash drive. There have been people failing to download correct file and or not unzipping the files.

Downloading the correct file (6.5 for my RGS) and moving just the .iso file over to the USB drive (like I always have). Do I need to move the text file as well..? Or just put the whole folder on there..?

I am a tech savvy guy, no issues with this in the past which is why I am a little confused.

I put both files in an empty 8gb drive unzipped. Worked for me...

Also, when you pull the file into the jump drive, you pull the top file, not the one with tx after it.

This one:swdl_boombox_6.5GT.iso

Follow the instructions on your screen when it prompts you. When it says install usb drive or something like that, pull the jump drive out, then put it back in. You will have to do this 2 times along the way. Hope this works for you.

I put both iso and txt files on flash drive. And never had to remove it and re-install it several time when I do mine. Worked like a charm. Ignition to acc, installed flash drive, hit yes when prompted and installation did the rest. Remove flash drive when on screen prompted to do so and done.

Just did mine here too. Super easy. 5-minutes.

Haven't taken it on the road yet but, it sounds like I'm getting more out of the stock speakers before distortion.
Once it dries up a bit today, hopefully I'll get to road test it.

Wow, I'll try putting both files on the jump drive. I thought it instructed only to put the top file. Thanks.
