I have a 2003 motor , just had a stroker flywheel put in with CP 10.25 107 pistons. 500 miles later piston are scored on the front of the front jug and rear of the rear. Mechanic said that on the 03 cases they need to be clearaced to run these pistons and that's what caused the damage is that true??

If the bores were tight, the skirts would/should show signs of grabbing/smearing the skirts on both sides, not just the thrust side.
Something is funky, thats for sure.

No way exp as much as Hillside, MOTO though..juggs are just the enclosure, for compression chamber for the proper fitment da da... Why just the '03 if the bottom end or travel bore was correct? So they know it's an '03 but the mating surfaces could give a sht:rolleyes:
