Anyone notice cd skips -- I have had a few jumps/skips but I also live in Vermont where - let's say... roads can be different...

I am hoping that it's just random crater I hit not a recurring issue...

Not on my bike, but my car started to skip a bit. I bought a cleaning kit which consisted of a CD with a tiny brush on it, and some cleaner that smelled like rubbing alcohol. After I used it, the skipping completely disappeared...

Might be worth a try...

I had it happen on my bike, I made a new cd and it works fine. I think it was the cd

I just had it happen towards the end of a 1600 mi trip on a cd I had played earlier before. But I was on some pretty rough roads, haven't checked since I got back but am headed out Thursday to head down to NC and will see how it goes.

My 07 did that when it was new, took it back and the radio was replaced and never skipped again.
