inpecting the face (wear surface)of the tensioners is just as important as the depth of wear.the tensioners have a habit of pitting,and the material that comes from the pits will start scoaring your pump & cam plate almost from day one.we`ve seen damage on motors with less than 15K.on 99-06 models,do yourself and pop for a gear drive of the hyd tensioner upgrade
