I've been asking the same question but keep getting a non answer if they are very bright and you can really be seen. I'm already seen with my daymakers and my dynamic ringz. Now I want to see better. I've asked on Facebook for a picture at night from the drivers seat with headlight and without. No luck. So if the OP can take one and post that would be great. And Yes, I have seen all the YouTube videos. None of them show the rider view.

I fitted these and they are very bright but do not throw a lot ahead. Its more of an extra lighting on the front but not any good if you are thinking of using them as driving lights.

Wiring is also very easy
