Well I have a problem. First of all I have a 2012 Custom 103" so I put a nocat headpipe, Rinehart 4" slipons w/ 2" HP baffles and a SE snorkle intake with a Cobra Powerpro FI2000 autotuner installed + the stage one download and everthing worked great. So I tore my bike down to do several cosmetic mods this winter along with Freedom performance tuck and under true dual headpipe with the same slipons then added a PM intake. I take the bike out for a short 70 mile ride and it is running like crap getting terrible gas milage and at idle fuel is splattering on the ground coming out the exhaust and the check engine light comes on. So I remove the tuner and the check engine light stays off the bike sounds great and runs Ok with more poping on deceleration and noticable less torque + a dead spot in the throttle. I have emailed Cobra and will update this thread when and if I here back. I think I am going with a Thundermax.
