I'm getting my RG in Feb, March. Im also getting the 103 CI engine. Ive been looking at Dragos numbers for having the top end worked over, and my question is; will there be issues with the crank shaft not be able to stand up to HP in the 100 hp area. Ive been told by some engine builders in the area, that HD has had issues with the 110 before any engine work based on just the stock engine with exhaust and intake.

In the past 100/100 has been the magic number where if under you are ok if over get the crank welded, on newer bikes I have heard of stock cranks slipping so it really is a crap shoot. The 110's issues mostly were cylinder sleeves coming loose.

I have a 2007 FLSTSC that we upped to 103", did the heads, TW6-6 cams and it came off the dyno at 101/107. It has run like a top with no problems at all for 15K now.
