Hi all,

I'm looking for a good cup holder for my bike. I will only be placing water or gatorade bottles in the cup holder (don't drink coffee).

I read a past post here about a magnetic one for the tank, but apparently that guy went out of business.

I have seen some of the different options and I DO NOT want the side cup holder where it attaches to the motor. I do not want a rear saddlebag cup holder either.

I'm open to all other options and any help would be great.

Thank you ladies and gentlemen....

I use the Kuryakyn cup holder that mounts to the left hand side of the handlebar. One thumb screw and its off when you are not using it.
It looks a little large when mounted but on long trips, I don't care. Every time I gas up on long trips, I get a new bottled water (sport top works best) and throw it in there. I end up using it 90% of the time I ride. You can see it mounted in the picture. (with water bottle)

Thanks for the options!!! Keep them coming please.

Does anyone know what happened to the forum member that was selling the magnetic ones on here a little while back?

Cup holder

I have the one that Screaminz posted the pic of. My version is called "chubby Cup". It works very well, however, you have to have the correct sized bottles or they jiggle out. The small gatorade bottles work great, as does a standard mountain bike water bottle.

I have a $2 bicycle water bottle that I carry and pour the drink of choice into for the ride. It can easily be removed or relocated, and isn't an eyesore on the bars.

If your talking about the Magnificent magnetic cup holder, shortly after I bought mine a few years ago, they disappeared. I love it.

Yes sir that would be the one. You wouldn't want to sell it would you??? lol...

Thank you all for your posts and opinions about what's out there. I will have my cell phone setup on my left hand handle bar. So I think at this point, I will want my water bottle on the right handlebar. I will definitely want something that comes off very quickly and can be thrown in my saddlebag for short distance rides.

this question is for the guys who use the Kruzer Katy and Barefoot willies cup holder.

I plan on mounting this to my right side handlebar. Can the attachment point be turned vertical some so I can mount it slightly down the handlebar? Or is the attachment point fixed straight up and down?

I just ordered the barefoot willies this week and should get it tomorrow. My plan is to mount it vertical on the bars. I will let you know how it turns out.
