I got a quote from my dealer for $14K to fix my wrecked 2008 RG. Major repairs including new triple tree and new frame. I don't think it will be totaled by ins. due to the condition, mileage, and customization. However, I want to trick it out rather than use stock parts so I'd like to find a good builder who could do the repairs and customize the bike at the same time. I'm in Lexington, KY so I'm looking for someone within reasonable driving distance. I'm going to check with Native Customs and Bad Dad. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Paul at Native Custom Baggers is one of the best builders I have seen. He built a Road Glide for a friend of mine and the bike is a knockout! Attention to detail leaves me speechless. One day I'd like to have him build one for me.

What ^^he said^^

Of the two mentioned.....
BadDad (I love there parts quality) is a little more "mild" builder where you could get something a little more "wild" looking from native. While both still being completely ridable

Both companies are great to deal with, Paul from Native is very very good guy

Really comes down to what you what to do and how far you want to take it :D just remember that paint is going to be your single biggest line item cost
