for those of you considering a cycle shelter touchless cover for your bike, don't.I bought one,it lasted 3 years before the cover tore, and the rods bent.

The first year, most of the clips that hold it shut broke off from being caught under the rods when you pull the bike in.during the first and second year, the rod going through the middle bent into a u shape and broke from being run over by the back tire when pulling the bike in.

When the wind blows, the cover will flap a little bit, just enough to scuff the paint on the fairing, saddlebags and trunk.

I finally built a gambrel roof shed, and wish I'd have done it sooner.

Just though I'd post this to point out the downsides of this idea.Hoping I can get the scuffing out with rubbing compound.

I had one many years ago while living in a townhouse, it held up well for me but I had rust and corrosion problems because it didn't seem to breath very well.
