I test drove the K1600 GTL and loved so much about the bike. The engine, transmission and controls were amazing. I really wanted to like it more than my RGU. The problem for me was the riding position on the K1600 and my wife actually preferred the Harley ride over the BMW.
So I kept my RGU and have decided to do more things to make it more personal to me. I love the new RGS and was going to get it while purchasing the tour pack and hammock seat for longer rides. Some people just fit Harley's better and I guess I am one of them. If you are still thinking about it and feel it's calling to you then perhaps it answered all the questions you have about your BMW.
