A good case in point is I didn't know the RGS has lowered rear suspension. Well I've moved my floorboards out 1/2" now I can't lean very much without dragging the floor board support, so I have to spend 500 dollars for new shocks. That really sucks. We should be given the option to set the bike up for our size for 23k dollars.

so you didn't properly research your purchase before hand and it's hd's fault?

the low shocks is one of the main features of the bike. if you want to buy a bike with longer shocks stock, then buy a different model. or just add the longer shocks to it like you're going to
