When the first numbers on the first base run showed on the screen, I was in total awe. Not a good tune, but amazing numbers. With upgraded brakes and suspension to go with the beast that @crazy4ink Murph built, it should be a total hoot to ride. My 2023 FLTRXSE had more power (I think) than my never-was-right 2011 FLTRU with Stage 4 kit. These guys don't play when it comes to power. Landon showed me a video of a 280 hp Street Glide. I can't even imagine riding that, nor do I want that.

Customer’s bike from this morning. 2023 RGST 117, Andrews 485, 64mm TB, 5.5 injectors, stock little 90° air cleaner and a KW 2-1. There is no more in this engine unless the customer lets me upgrade the air cleaner to get more volume in those heads, but it’s still very good numbers and he should be happy.

Perfect example of a customer choosing the “dyna bro” look over more performance. He is leaving at least 8/5 on the table by sticking with the small air cleaner and shorter 2-1 pipe. But, it’s still a blast to ride. Lol.

Customer’s FLTRX 131. All stock 131 kit with a KW 2-1-2 headpipe and KW mufflers. Blue is the base map and red is after tuning. No physical parts changes at all.

That’s just wild. Thats proof right there the importance of a good tune. What you didn’t show too was you flattened the AFR line.

Seeing the tuning process on my Heritage was eye opening to what a good tuner goes through to get a great tune. I kept an eye on the AFR as well as the the TQ & HP curves and numbers. There's no question in my mind just how good @crazy4ink is. Went for a spin today with the Heritage and even though I rode it like a total puss, I could feel the rear end wanting to go sideways on me. Tomorrow, I go for MD State Inspection. Crap, I hope it is still legal!

Customer’s bike from today. He already had the Harley torque cam and street tuner. Replaced it with an Andrews 485, installed a 64mm TB and manifold and 5.5 injectors. Tuned out really nice and customer was all smiles.

One from today. Andrews 465 cam, extreme ventilator and some unknown brand 2-into-1 exhaust. The exhaust really surprised me; didn’t know what to expect.

damn.
seeing these numbers out of a 117 is making my wallet nervous. haven't gone to ride the '24s yet because last time i did a test drive i drove it home lol.
were there any other modifications done to the drivetrain, Murph?
my 124 is happy with the extra plate clutch and belt drive.
how much more would there be with the AC???

The diesel air cleaner (as I call it) I have seen 7hp and 5tq just bolting it on to a tuned bike. Of course the tune then had to be adjusted for the extra air (makes it lean). Typically, stock sized TB and manifold will increase tq while the 64mm TB and manifold will increase hp.
