Before and after.

Both have stock manifold, throttlebody and injectors.

Was a 114 with high flow air cleaner and a long 2-1

Now a 122” with an Andrews 554 and the same air cleaner and exhaust.

What's your potential thoughts on that Andrews 554 cam going into a 10.75 128" with stock heads?
I put the 554 in a 131” with high compression pistons and made almost 160 squared. I’m still running stock heads on my 117” with the 554 and making 139/137. Trying to decide if I go with 11:1 pistons or try ported heads with +2 valves. Really trying to hit 150/150 and still be 117”. Lol

Those numbers all look really good. Got a CR480 right now and like it but I keep wondering what cam might pair up better with my cylinder head and compression to really maximize my 128 and pull some more on the right side of the curve while leaving the left side alone. I should leave well enough alone though as the bike runs out well, just needs a better tune. I'll have to pay you a visit sometime soon.

Same question but with a 10.8:1 with +1.5 ported heads. Looking to see if I can squeeze a little more than 148 squared out of mine with a different cam and exhaust. Not wanting to go back into the jugs/heads. Currently has the RedShift 552.

Not bad numbers for a shorty once it smooths out……
Not at all. Has the same, similar dip as pretty much all the shorty 2-1 pipes out there.

I made no physical changes, only tuned it.

Nice bump! I assume that was a canned map it came in with?
He was running a Street Tuner with the auto tune module so I don’t know what map he was trying to use. Lol.
