Dyno pulls I’ve done

I’m going to try and continue to post to this thread as I tune bikes at work. The goal of this is to show what numbers I’m getting out of what combinations here in Texas. Not saying I’m the be all, end all of tuners, just want to share with everyone. Most of the time, here lately, because of the extreme heat, I’ve been going in around 6am to tune. These are all done with a Dynojet chassis dyno and power vision maps / tuners. None of these graphs I post will be Screamin Eagle street tuners, Thundermax or TTS, unless noted. I try to put text in each pic so you know the combination used. They won’t only be Road Glides and some I don’t remember all the parts I use. If I say “Harley 131 kit” and don’t list anything specific, then it’s just as the kit comes. I will make it a point to highlight what parts I do change.

I hope everyone enjoys this and feel free to ask questions. I’ll do my best to answer / remember the bikes. Lol.

One that another dealership built and brought to me for tuning. Played around a little with some more tuning options. This is the most power and torque I’ve seen out of a 475 to date. Gives me some really good info about settings and such moving forward.

Crate 135” Harley engine, the 68mm throttlebody and manifold it comes with, 6.8 injectors, Andrews 554 cam, diesel air filter and Bassani’s hi output 2-into-1

See where 6th shuts off at 5700 rpms? That’s 158mph and power vision shuts fuel off to both cylinders and I can’t change that. Lol.

Just out of curiosity what is the life of these 131 and up motors before they need to be freshened up?

Honestly no idea. We have some customers with 131s and 132s with over 10k on them and still going strong. I think it’s like anything and it’s whether or not the engine is maintained well or if it’s neglected.

No doubt. I just upped mine to an Andrews 485 from the RS468 with the intention of adding the 128” kit next year. And the wife wanted her bike to sound like mine. So it made sense to upgrade mine now and put mine in hers. Saved me some time and money down the road.

There is a noticeable difference in the cams.

Same bike. The only change being the Extreme Wedge Air Cleaner.

Both bikes are the stock map / ECM map with no tuning changes at all.
