Man, that's laying down the power.
Yessir. And that’s with the stock heads (but high lift valve springs), stock air filter and stock headpipe.
Some CNC heads, better air filter and a 2-into-1 and it probably easily makes 145hp and 160tq

2020 RGS 114 with everything stock except the cam, exhaust system and air cleaner. Only other addition was 1275 clutch springs. Customer should be happy.

Nice! After seeing this, I wonder what my 2018 107" w/S&S 475, 4" grand nationals, V&H naked air cleaner and PV is capable of.

What are you running for a head pipe?
If I had to guess, I’d say 112hp/120tq

Decatted stock head pipe
I’ll be honest, I haven’t seen a lot of decatted stock headpipes perform well. The void where the cat used to be tends to make for weird airflow. There are some really good no-cat headpipes that perform well. M8s really like and want backpressure. M8s are the opposite of Twin Cams in that regard. Not gospel by any means, just my .02 worth.

Interesting, I thought a different head pipe wouldn't come into play until going with larger displacement. The cat had to go, the heat was ridiculous.

Seat of the pants, it has nice linear power. Is the juice worth the squeeze?

Not until you go bigger

First job today. Installed 14” bars and an S&S 475 cam. Stock everything else except for the Rinehart slip ons. Left the stock headpipe to make the backpressure the mufflers lose.

Second bike today; salesman’s 2019 FLHXS 114. Added the high flow air cleaner, Khromewerks headpipe, Andrews 465B cam and reused his Street Cannon mufflers.
