Do not want to mount E-Z Pass transponder to windshield. Anyone have it mounted any where out of view that it still works?

I have never had one but just tossing the idea around in my head.... Maybe under the fairing to the bottom of the lower tripple tree, directly under the head lights?

I've always mounted mine to the inside of the outer fairing. In fact, I'm removing the fairing on my new bike today to do just that, and to upgrade the headlamp bulbs. If you don't want to remove the fairing, I like the idea of the saddlebag lid.

Mine is in my saddlebag and works just fine.
