87-99 small block Chevy lifters worked in my 2011. I went with crane. Not sure if that is what is causing my ticking noise.

Need to replace the lifters in my 89 FLHS,got one i cant seem to get to quite down,so my question is besides S&S premium lifters (this bike doesn't get ridden much anymore) what would be a reasonable price lifter for this application.Maybe a GM part number cross over.
