I ride a 2012 FLTRUC. Love it except on warm days it's like sittig on a grill. I'm thinking of changing pipes, already put on Screaming Eagle Slip-Ons with a Hi-flow air Filter and stage 1 download.

What about V&H X-Over Power Chamber with a Power Commander?

Any thoughts?

Remove that catalytic out of the header. It'll cut back on the heat a lot. It's still like sitting on a grill, just a much smaller grill.

I agree on removing the cat. A professional tune with only a small area of any will hock you how much cooler it runs. I have a S&S T124 I have ran both the TMax (closed loop obviously) we tuned and I have fattened up in areas at their facility and a TTS tune I created from scratch on the dyno here out our facility and the TTS starts much easier, throttle response is incredible but the biggest difference I notice (tuned all in open loop) I am running MUCH cooler with the TTS tune and still knocking down very similar 42 MPG. I'm happy with that out of a 124 while driving conservatively.
