It has taken a while but I finally have Elvira ready to ride. Between working out of town a lot, having sold my big toy box and very limited new work space it took a lot longer than it should of.

New wheels front and back, new 16" front tire, Dragos H pipe (reworked twice because of unique offsets needed for the conversion, my fault not Franks) big sucker intake, Willy Shiny intake cover insert, motor guard delete, Power Vision tuner with Dragos tune for the H Pipe, Rush Big Louie mufflers and SE 255 cams. Relocated and lowered the Tour Pak and added the Mustang backrest for my Lady

She looks great...if/when I have to switch to a trike, then I am absolutely doing it with a Road Glide.

Thanks guys,

Going from 2 wheels to 3 wheels is a major adjustment mentally more than anything else.

I am starting to really enjoy riding her.

I'm thinking about a S&S 124 or a Dragos 117 kit for my winter project, it weighs 350#'s more than my RGC CVO did and needs a lil more TQ
