Why is so hard to find s shop that can do quality work, stand by it, and not give you the runaround. I wanted to convert my eglide to a road glide, and cannot find a shop who can do it. i don't have the space to do it myself, and i know there are a few things involved that are a little out of comfort level. i was hoping my area, miami,fl, would have some more qulity shops.
so, since finding someone to do the job has not worked out, i'm just going to buy a new road glide and save myself the hassle.

First off, you would probably throw a lot of money at your EGlide and still not get it to what you expect.
Next, Indy shops are a grab-bag of talent. They can't attract good techs vs. the Dealerships. Some have good help anyway, but the ma and pop shops will get the cheap help, IMO
