When I had the engine replaced this last summer, I got the cams upgraded from SE255's to SE259E's. Everything else was virtually the same as before.

Today, I was able to get a dyno pull on the new set up. No tune, just a pull.

I was quite pleased with the results.

Before:
HP - 97.12
Torque - 117.88

After:
HP - 112.9
Torque - 122.8

An increase of 15 HP and 5 lb/ft of Torque is better than I expected.

I don't have the new curve chart yet, but those are the numbers I was shown. The new chart should be emailed out on either Monday or Tuesday. I'll post it as soon as I have it.

And you attribute that soley to a cam change? That's huge if so. I bet 122 ft lbs is a blast to ride!
I can't call it just the cams, as it is a whole new engine, but I had the 110" with the exact same setup with the exception of the SE255 cams in the original engine and got the 97/117 numbers twice in a 6 month period, just a few months before the engine had a cam tensioner go bad and send metal fragments through out the engine.

I got the 110" longblock replacement engine and had the SE259E cams put in it after the first engine went south on me. 2500 miles later, I got the dyno numbers run again and got the 112/122 numbers yesterday. So I can't claim it was just a cam change, but I would tend to think the cams had a lot to do with it since all the other major systems (intake, exhaust, tuner) were the same.

Either way, it is a blast to ride and I'm enjoying the hell out of it. >:)

I finally got the chart for my dyno pull from 10/22/2016. It got delayed because of a typo in my email address.

Comparing this to the pull from 3/19/2016 and you can see that the peaks have moved up and to the right on the charts.
Still hits 100Ft/lb of torque at approximately the same place. ~2800rpm now vs ~2700rpm before

10/22/2016: Max Power 112.91 bhp @ 5633.5 rpm, Max Torque 122.78 Ft/lb @ 4122.6 rpm
03/19/2016: Max Power 97.12 bhp @ 4918.6 rpm, Max Torque 117.88 Ft/lb @ 3865.5 rpm

AFR is still a little lean, but it looks better than it did in March. It's a lot flatter now. Not too shabby for a canned map!
