So the stock seat is soft and just not a good ride
I took my seat apart added Sargent Cycle heat pad
on top of the stock foam then covered the seat with 1/4
close cell foam This made the seat firm and the heat
is awesome about 1/2 on and the Boys stay nice and warm !

Nice job...good time of year to do that kind of mod.....do you have any pics of the finished seat?
