FLTRX running lights out

All four bullets and fascia light out. bulbs good. fuses good. all turn sigs work brake lights work does fascia module knock out all the running light if it fails? can it be tested? Help!!!

Do you have power going to the fuse?

If bikes don't have running lights , what's the (run) in run, turn , brake module stand for ?
