So I have a 2018 RGS and changed the header to power duals and high output slip ons with an FP3. From what I hear this is supposed to be the best setup from V&H. I can tell you I?m not that impressed. My last setup of dresser duals and twin slash where much better in my opinion. I?m hoping I just don?t have the right setup. Can anyone tell me what map am I supposed to use? They have a standard baffle and qinsert. I don?t have the q insert but to me it sounds better. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

If your exact setup is NOT listed in the database, get in touch with V/H and ask them for their recommendation.... This will be your baseline for a few good autotune sessions AFTER you run 2-3 full tanks on their recommended baseline map. Don't run AT until you run 2-3 tanks though.... they should tell you this as well.

Im putting on a Thunderheader and highflow AC on a 17RGS for a Brother.... also FP3 .... they recommended running the propipe map as his baseline....for example.... fyi

You need to first start off with the correct map choice that best fits what you are using. Then you load that map and set the FP3 to autotune. Let the autotune run for a few cycles riding the bike under all types of traffic conditions. Once your autotune has filled as many cells as possible with green squares, then save that tune. You should see an improvement over what you have before.

Thanks for the reply... the equipment is in he database. I?ll hit up Vance and Hines tomorrow
I misread your 1st post...

So... you need to run the exact map that is listed...the baffles make a difference in the tune....

The the map doesnt seem to perform well, it's time for autotune to tweak it in to your sled
