In great condition. I just have too many Freedom Shield windshields upstairs and I need to relieve myself of some of this excess inventory.

why couldn't you have some 13 down ones?
I try and balance looks with function. I'm not quite yet old enough that I want a big honkin' shield on the front of my bike blocking ALL the air :)

My first Freedom Shield from John was a 13" Touring. It was a great shield, but there were just some angles that I looked at it (and my riding crew looked at it) and said "dang that looks so weird".

Then I bought his 12" Touring shield. Liked it as well, but then I bought his 11" Touring, and later John offered to send me his prototype 10" Sport Touring if I would use it and give him some feedback.

Right now the 10" Sport Touring is my favorite all around shield, and in fact just did a 900 mile run down to Dallas for the Fall National Drag races. For me it is the perfect balance between looks and function.

The 11" Touring is one step up in protection at the expense of a little bit of style. I'm 6'1 with a 34" inseam and both the 10" or 11" are more than enough for me. With the 11" Touring the wind hits me right at the crown of my helmet or about 2" above my head if I'm riding lidless. The re-curve on the top of his shields makes all the difference.

I've been looking at these shields for a couple of years. unfortunately, money has been tight so that's all I've been doing....

3 payments left on the beast. then i should be able to breath a little and maybe do a couple of things that I've wanted to do ie. corbin Hollywood solo, new shield, extended floorboards, etc.
