front brakes drag ???

I have a new to me 2013 RG with 3000 miles on it. The front brakes seems to have a excessive amount of drag. making the bike very hard to push around . you also can hear the brakes rubbing at slow speeds.
when on a lift with the front well off the surface, should the front wheel spin fairly easy ???? thanks.

Its not uncommon. At times when on a jack my front wheel wont spin freely.

I wouldnt say its hard (beyond normal for a 900 pound bike) to push it around tho.

There's gonna be a lil drag on the wheel regardless. I would raise the bike up and have someone squeeze the front brake lever while trying to spin the wheel then have them release the brake while you are applying force to spin it just to make sure the caliper is releasing properly.
I don't have much drag any more. After warping a set of rotars and and paying the dealer for new ones along with new brake pads, I pull the calipers and clean them twice a year now days. Changing pads is easy when it comes time.
