I'm doing a complete write up on removing the front forks on my 2015 RG. I haven't done it yet. I am trying to get all of tools I need before hand. Does anyone know the size allen head for the top fork tube plug, the size tool for the upper and lower pinch screws and the bottom screw for the fork slider?

Also, for those of you that have replaced your front suspension, did you replace the seals? If so, did you get the seal kit from the dealer or somewhere else?

Thank ya very much.

19mm Allen for the cap... 12mm Allen at the bottom at least 3" long. The 19mm can be substituted with a 3/4" without issue.

You will need a fork oil level tool for proper capacity... there is no specific ounces given... just measurement using the tool which is $20.

49mm seal driver can be made from 2" PVC pipe with OD trimmed down to slip inside the lowers so it doesn't get stuck when you drive the seals home.

I used HD seals....

I did a DIY writeup...it's posted here

Thanks Spazz. I don't know if you were trying to set up a link where you typed "I did a DIY writeup...it's posted here." If you were it didn't work. I found your post link on the 15th page of all your posts. Your write up was what I was looking for. Sometimes it's a real challenge to find intel on stuff. Thanks for the guidance.

Who did you buy your sliders from or did you have them chromed?

Guess I don't need to do a write up now. Too bad the videos are unavailable now.

I got all my chrome from Willyshiny.... Joe does an outstanding job.

I got his lowers, wheels, spacers, rear pulley and polished rotors on exchange... can't beat his prices
