Front shock help

1175 Views 7 Replies 6 Participants Last post by  z2thdr
I'm having my fork lowers powder coated. So I took it all apart. I have 15k miles on the bike. My question is do I need to replace the fork seals and all the o rings per the service manual or is that written for the 50k service.

I know the 6mm bolts and crush washers have to be replaced. And I'm also gonna replace the quad ring seal.

Thanks

Progressives front and rear

Several of my friends at Rose City Hog and myself have gone to Progressive monotubes in the forks and Progressive 444s for the rear shocks. Much improved ride, minimal fork diving, and do not get the spinal shock when hitting a bump.
