FWIW.. I just traded in a red 2010 RGC with 16500 miles and I got $12,500 with $500 for mufflers (picked V/H Propipes and had to cover $200). So in essence I got $13,000.

If you ask them to check the oil pan bolts, they will simply replace it as the next fix....
