Need assistance....my 2006 road glide is blowing the 15 amp accessory fuse, any ideas?

Do you have anything plugged into the accessory plug under the seat? If not, make sure the rubber boot is in the acc plug. You may have picked up a chunk of something in the plug causing a short. Check for crimped or smashed wires. I think the brake light is also on that fuse... but not sure.... so check that wire too.

And try setting the acc switch to off to see if the fuse holds.... I should have said that one first.

You probably have a crimped wire somewhere....get a circuit breaker to replace it until you find it. Makes things a lot easier than going through a couple boxes of fuses. I replaced all of my fuses with CB's after dealing with a similar issue a few years ago.

Look for chaffed wire. Maybe between the fairing and the cluster on the bars

I found out why my bike was blowing fuses, the cigerate lighter rubber seal was torn and makeing a short and blowing the fuses

I'm picturing glideon stripping his 06 down to the frame to find that short.
Give the man credit for persistence.
Me personally, I would have given up after a year
Just goes to show,sometimes it's an easy fix......
