Anybody know where a list of vendors is? Darn if I can find one!

I’m planning to head up Friday the 13th. Had my painted fiaring added last year and I’m thinking of possible audio upgrades and maybe some pinstripe work this year.

I may or may not make it. Mother-in-law passed away and I'm in SC with family. Way out of leave, so may be working weekends for a while to make up. At least I live only 35 miles from it.

Sorry for your loss Tim. Hope you and your wife are doing well through this difficult time. Hope to see you in G-Burg for lunch again if the stars all line up for us both.

It's still mind boggling to me that there is no master vendor list, what a dis-service that is to those who spend bug bucks to set up at the shows.

I sent this email to the contact link on the website, no reply yet...probably won't get one.

Is there a master list of vendors and their locations that will be at GBW? Seems a dis-service to those who pay to set up tents when no one cant find them. This info should be readily online like it is for other events and rallies.

They used to list it. I know Paul from the Fairing Exchange will be there. He's at the dealership. And Moes Catfish red beans and rice. That's the only reason I go the battlefield harley.

I had Paul do my fairing and heat deflectors last year at GBW, then he did some speaker grills for me at his shop and mailed them to me. First rate service at a very reasonable price. I heard about him being there on this forum and booked my spot.

But now I'm interested in other services and products, but NO CLUE who is going to be there or where they might be. Some things like audio upgrades and pinstriping (and the fairings since he has to paint them ahead of time) requires booking an appointment in advance.

As I wrote to them, they are doing these hard working vendors a huge dis-service IMHO.

First thank you for those that expressed condolences. Much appreciated by the wife and myself. I have made it back to the socialist republic of Maryland and starting back to work in Virginia tomorrow. Company giving me some leeway to make up time, so I can hit it for a time on Sat or Sun, but not both. Looking forward to meeting some of you for the first time or again.

How about, as long as the weather holds out...Saturday at The Pike Restaurant (like last year) for lunch? Let’s say 11:15am?? That way we can meet up, say hello, have lunch, then people can go do whatever they wanted for the afternoon and into evening.??
Let me know what you guys think.

I'm good with that. I started a meet and greet thread. Any moderators around to merge the posts?
