Anyone out there have any idea what adding ghost flames to my Big Blue Pearl would run? Haven't contacted any painters yet, but thinking about it.

I can only guess that it would be more than a helmet I had done with ghost flames, that cost me $200.00 -

If you are wanting real ghost flames, the money spent on it won't be worth the whow factor. 99% of the people will never notice them there unless you tell them or they just happen to catch it in the correct sun light angle.

So would you recommend a modified ghost flame?

You can do an old school hot rod version...do them in candies.....do pin strip flames (personally I think this version is played out). On the question of cost, one of the biggest expense on doing flames is the tape out. Shops around here charge any where $75-$100 per hour. I can see it going higher then that if you get a good custom paint shop to do the work.
