Yes this was the stock windshield on the 2009 SE Road Glide and it attaches just like any other shield using your stock mounting screws

There is no bottom gasket like the stock RGC toenail windshield
This S/E version mounts flat against the fairing and uses the foam strips on the edge of the fairing as a cushion or spacer between the shield and fairing
