Give credit where it is due.

Last night I checked the bike over. It seemed to me my belt was slightly loose. I did not have the gauge with me.

A sidecar puts more stress on the drive line, and it is not something to let slide.
2 Options
1. Do it myself in parking lot. for the resort. Something that does no go over well and reflects badly on Motorcycles.

2. Go to HD dealership.

2 It is and off to dealership Hampton Roads Harley Davidson. Yorktown VA.
20 miles away.

Checked in at service department. They said they would get it in. Of course I had to wait about an hour.
No big deal they seemed pretty darn busy.
Some time latter service writer and a Tech comes walking towards me. I am thinking this can't be good.

Tech said he checked and it was right in the middle of where it should be and would have no problem getting home.
No charge have a nice day.

Hampton Roads HD & Southside HD are owned by the same family.

Honestly, they are a pretty good dealership. Some of the "old-timers" were finally given their walking papers. (Some of them truly needed to be served)

Glad it worked in your favor, and the cost you can't beat!

I would have not had any issue paying for them checking it. We did spend some cash there on other things.

We stopped in there yesterday as well. Wife found a bunch of stuff that she liked, some of it even on sale. They gave us 10% off just because we were traveling, and also a free hd duffel bag for spending over $300.

Very nice girls in the motor clothes department.

Southside is my dealer, and I am not surprised by the excellent service at Hampton Roads. They are both great to deal with.

Hampton Roads area riders we need to get together for a nice ride!

Curious why you think this?

Was wondering the same. Ya gotta do what ya gotta do sometimes. You’re staying there, not liked you pulled in off the street and have no business being there.

There are many places that do not allow working on cars/boats and motorcycles. Main reason is someone always goes to far with it.
Yes I could have gotten away with it ,but not worth it . Not an emergency. I could have found a places to pull in and do it I really needed to.
