Two things.
1) You can install this https://aim-tamachi.com/collections/light-force-slave-cylinder?fbclid=IwAR0I2jE95FIlAQSj5etc7lVGSLHf3eIpGviLRy7kpyBVI_zYP5mYQE_stdE That will reduce the effort to pull the clutch by 40%
2) Reduce the reach of the clutch lever to enter the friction zone. Here is a "How to" I did on this. https://www.roadglide.org/3-*general-road-glide-discussions-pictures/367803-hydraulic-clutch-lever-friction-zone-fix-update.html

Either option work to reduce the throw of the clutch lever before entering the friction zone. However option 1) should also reduce the effort to actually pull the lever in as well.

I did the 2nd option I listed. I have not used the slave cyl yet but I will be installing one for a customer in a couple of weeks. I will post back my thoughts and may do a "how to" on it.
