Well my Glide is my only transportation and parking at work is not covered at all. Has anyone had any experience with this cover and note that this picture is for someone with a tour pack and that is somethign i don't have so my question i guess is will this work by covering the saddle bags instead of the tourpack???

Any ideas on this as i am afraid that if i do nothing and continue to park i will no longer have a black inner fairing but a white one...lol and the seat gets pretty hot as well...lol

Idea for you

I have been using an old king size flannel sheet for years...you could get away with a queen. Keeps sun and most dust off of it really well!

I have a friend who has that sunshade cover and he said his bike gets dusty cause it has no real "seal" to the sides. My flannel bed sheets have elastic that works perfectly. Now, when it comes to RAIN, that is a different story!

Same problem were I work. Just got the Nelson Rigg 2000-UV in the X-large, and it fits like a glove. Got it from a company New Enough.com because it was in stock and the best price. It was shipped out of Texas and only took 2 days to arrive. Alot cheaper then the one from HD, and all the research that I did on finding the right one, this is what everyone is using. It does fit over the bags.

I got the HD cover that covers the whole bike , every day rain or shine , if she's out and not being ridden for more than a short while , she's covered
10-4 on that Good Buddy! My bike gets parked at work on the EAST Side of the Bldg. Front of bldg. faces South. Sun sets to the West. My bike has the Silver U.V. Waterproof Cover on it and believe me,... its worth the MONEY!
