in your video, you made mention of diag4bike for flashing your bike. it looks like this has a lot more capabilities than just flashing for the radio. i couldn't find it on your website, do you sell this? how much?

You are correct ,,, the diag4bike digital technician features many more diagnostic tools than just the Harley radio flashes ,,,,,,,

I believe that WPS (Western Power Sports) is the exclusive distributor for Diag4bike here in the USA ,,,,,,,

Correct me if I am wrong but I've been reading that since late fall it's been tough to get a good flash at the dealer due to software updates and that flashing is now not the best way to go?

the STOCK Harley flash is the way to go right now ,,,,

the only thing better is the special "J&M Audio FLASH" using the Diag4bike digital terminal ,,,,,,

I just wanted to thank j and m and Howard who fixed my radio. My bike had the boom2 switched to a j and m and the dealer still couldn't make it sound right. After the dealer took it directly to j and m everything is perfect. The system is what everyone wants on their bike. I just wish the dealer would have taken it to them 3 months ago. Now if they can only tune the motor right I'll be able to ride and listen to it. Does anyone at j and m tune bikes like they tune radios?

My wife bought me the 7.25" lower fairing speaker kit HLRX-725L-RXX I have HRRK-7252TM-xtc speakers with I though you said I could up grade and I would like to bye the 500 watt amp is there any thing else( wireing Harness etc.) I need. I have a 2011 Road Glide custom with a JVC KD-80BT head unit. Should I buy the dongle? and can you quote me pricing? Should I know anything about tuning the amp?

So if your using the stock radio and just a different amp like Rockford fosgate you have to flash it for using the amp right? Cause I'm using both front 6.4 and 6x9 on the amp on stock radio.

Glad this is one area where I can save some dough. I always wear a lid... these days a Nolan N104 Absolute, so adding speakers & amps doesn't make sense. What does is having J&M install one of their Elite 787 headsets into the helmet. Awesome sound.

If you're on a '15 and up the Biketronics line leveler will work just fine.

even if you didn't have rear speakers setup. When I bought the bike from the dealership it only had front speakers. I had them flash it after i got everything installed.

No help with the dealers, but add a BT355, no flash needed then. Price will probably be similar and I thought that I read some dealers wont flash anymore unless you buy boom crap from them. Not sure on this, but I seem to remember reading on this forum somewhere.
