Hey all,
Have any of you purchased this 4 inch windshield? if so, would you post some pics. Looking for a short shield for short trips with the chapter. It gets hot down here in South Texas. I have a 13" freedom shield that I will use for longer trips.

Yes, the 3 big holes do let lots of air in, but my last ride was a VRod and I kinda like the wind in the face, open feeling. I also thought it looked kind of funny, that is why I wanted to see some pics, if anyone had installed one.

I have seen wind deflectors on pick-ups taller than that. I would think HD would at least keep it the same size as the dash Per the pic the dash is taller, more form fitted just off the dash would look better to me.

I agree, that photo looks terrible. Maybe cut down the factory shield to match the upper air intake. Any lower is a terrible look.

You'll achieve the same effect plus I'll be saving you 50 bucks.

I guess it will keep the wind off of the area between the top of your headlights and the middle of the inner fairing! Ha!
