So I emailed tech support to ask about a minor issue I was having (plugging in phone charger in Cig lighter adapter causes radio to interpret "prev track" is being pressed). Anyway, after one back and forth I end up with a detailed check list of probable causes and easy checks to debug the problem -- even though the issue isn't with their adapter.

Got lots of great insight from "Mike". Kudos to Hawg Wired's tech support.

I just talked to Rich yesterday, as I am planning on doing a stereo over the is coming winter, and even though I told him i wasn't ready to buy, he walked me through everything i would need/want, didn't rush me or seem annoyed, or try to "upsell me".

In that alone, they will get my business. I was very impressed.

I purchased an amp and 4 speakers last year and was totally impresed with their product quality and tech. support. They gave me cell phone numbers to use on the weekend just incase I had instalation problems. I'm getting ready to upgrade my head unit and I'll be purchasing their instalation kit and remote amp controller......should have changed the head unit the first time!:cool:
