I don't have photos, as this is BRAND NEW IN THE UNOPENED BOX, but they are available using the p/n in the world-wide-interweb-full-of-information.

Not sure what you mean "work with phones".

If you mean telephones, no. This is the intercom/CB headset for Ultras.
