Got this from the HD website,
"Fits '08-later Touring models. Does not fit Trike models. Does not fit models equipped with Passenger Grab Rails or Rider Backrests. Installation on '12-later CVO™ models requires removal of fender trim strips. Seat width 15.5", passenger pillion width 12.0".
