Nice! Thanks for posting that. I was all prepared to say "It's all in the service manual anyway", but having it all in a checklist format will be really helpful.

Thanks, Mize. If you are going to do your own service, I recommend that when you buy oil, filters, etc., staple the receipts to the check list so if there is any question about whether or not you bought the required items, it is with the list.

That came in handy for a buddy of mine questioned on doing his own service work during a warranty dispute.

question for you guys..

Im starting of my 20k service and allot of items say check and lubricate... anything special for lube? (let the jokes begin).... or just good old fashion WD40?

(Stuff like, hinges, clutch & brake controls... jiffy stand)

I picked up some lube from the Harley dealer. Comes in a small tube with a needle. It worked great on my tour pack latches and hinges. Jiffy stand I just use neverseize. Clutch cable I use what I had for the dirtbike.
