So I have a set of bone stock heads that came off my 2003 Deuce back in 2003. I wonder what it might cost to have these worked to run on my RG?

Valves
Springs
Guides
Machined for ACRs
Machined for front stabilizer mount
Ported to maximize my 580 cams

Or sell them on ebay and put the money toward something else?

It isn't worth the trouble because of the extra machine work.
In 2008 HD put the top motor mount to the front cylinder head and you can see the motor mount on the left top of the front cylinder on your bike.
You would have to have the fins on the head machined and the front head drilled/tapped to accept the top motor mount.
Any twin cam head from 2007 and earlier will be a direct fit this includes the 88" & the 2006 dyna 96" engine and the 2007 96" engine.
The heads you have will bolt to the cylinders and you can use the rear cylinder head. See if you can find a used front head off a 2008 and later 96 or 103.

While we do machine those motor mounts in those when the need arises, you'd be better served to either use your existing heads or grab a similar set on e-bay.
Either way, once the port work is completed here, early or late heads are almost equal.
