Ok guys been working on installing a amp on a 2015 , clarion amp. Everything went well at first. Speakers into amp out on the other. Grounded amp to frame, another wire to battery and than tied into accessory plug for switched power. Put it all back together and worked like a charm..... Than the problem started, I try to start the bike no go. Just click click click... I was thinking I must have tripped the security somehow. Than was playing with the radio listen to it setting bass etc and than the sound goes dead. All functions still work no sound. Than I take it all apart , still power to amp , fuse is good. Bike battered is pretty much dead so I am charging that now. But what gives? Did I screw up somewhere I can't figure it out... No start no music. Please help me ...lol I am going nuts and ready to kill myself for screwing with this new bike

Sounds like you just killed the battery.

Little update. Just went all through it again. Music is back on, it must kill the speakers when the battery is low evades the screen lite up if that makes any sense. I also noticed when I trun it on it says enter pin but than goes away almost instantly. No idea how to do that. Also when discounting the battery trip the security? I thought as long as I had the key pod always close it wouldn't trip. When the security trips does it cause the bike just to click?

No, the bike's engine/starter won't make a sound when security is activated. Its discontinued from the power via the security. Charge the battery up overnight and you should be good , unless you have a bad battery.

Rock thanks guys. Hoping that's all it is, wonder if there is anything that I could have done that would be draining the battery. Meaning with the install? I know how I killed it this time by screwing with it so much....is it possible to wire it up somehow that would drain the battery?
