Ok, last month I began hearing a clanking noise coming from what I thought was primary. Around the same time I also picked up a weird vibration (buzzing) between 2700-3000 rpm. I found out the clanking ended being nothing more than a really loose muffler clamp left side so it sounded like the primary. So I fixed that amd no more clank but I still have this aggravating vibration. Like stated before it comes on @2700-3000 rpm give or take. Its more of a buzz and will almost make the bottoms of feet and inside hands tingle from the buzzing vibration. I feel it most in tje grips/floorboards. Where should I begin? ??
BTW--- Stealership said they felt nothing

When you tighten the clamp..heat shields touchin anything is there another mounting point for the pipe on a '13? Something conducting the vib, the other side maybe. When you get past the footboards and all hard mounted the front mtr mount is last,

You know if was your excuse to spent so much time in the garage during the winter (tightening up) your busted.

One other thing that I forgot to mention is that when its in that specific rpm range you can look at the rpm/speedo and the numbers actually blur a bit from the vib.

The first thing I would look at is the mounting bracket back on the saddlebags. Sometimes the muffler will slide back and be rubbing on the metal mount that has the rubber isolator in it.
