I am attempting to replace stock air cleaner with Arlen Ness inverted air cleaner. Any help on removing the backing plate would be greatly appreciated.

You need to remove the tubing, then two vent bolts, then just pull it off gently.

Hey Rock. I may be missing something here? I already have removed the tubing and banjo bolts. I am trying to remove the top backing spacer now. Any help?? Thanks.

Figured it out. I had to loosen the two rear tank bolts and removed the front two bolts to get enough clearance.
