Since using Keto around mid August I've dropped 23 pounds. Amazing how it feels in the back, the knees, etc...

So eat a breakfast skillet without potatoes and toast. Eat all the eggs, bacon, sausage and green veggies you want. That's the beauty of keto, you dont have to go around starving and counting calories. You do need to make sure you have enough fat though.
