Was going to say congrats and welcome and realized this was posted in 2015 lol. Congrats on an awesome bike anyway and hope you’re still riding and enjoying that bike like Kenneth D! Wouldn’t mind getting my hands on an older evo RG or Tour Glide one day

These 1st Generation Evo powered FLTR's are getting hard to find, even more so in good unmolested condition. Sadly most will have the "JUNK" Magneli Marelli EFI system in it too. I had to throw mine in the garbage and convert it to a carburetor. Its never ran better!

Thanks Guys!
Glad to have met you gentlemen.

Wait til you see what my next post is!

It's an extremely rare unmolested 1986 Liberty Edition Tour Glide and is number 124 of 160 made.

I'll be sure to post a short video of it next month. Its ALMOST done!

You're not gonna believe how beautiful it is!

Here is my 1986 Liberty Tour Glide, it is number 124 of 160 made.

This particular bike participated in the "Ride for Liberty" in 1985. That ride started in Los Angeles and traveled across the United States to New York. Once in New York it was auctioned off to the highest bidder and all of the proceeds went toward the refurbishment on the Statue of Liberty. Harley-Davidson donated $100,000 towards that refurbishment project. These vehicles were equipped with a special Medallion of which is installed on the tour pack in lieu of the typical bar and shield logo.
These bikes are extremely rare and you will never see another one.
