I have searched and I think I've tried just about everything to figure this out. My bike is an 07 FLTR it's throwing code P0505 loss of idle control. I have so far changed the IAC, TPS, and the Intake air temperature sensor. I have checked the battery to ensure it is good, I'm not certain where to turn next and was hoping to get it figured out for a ride at the end of the month. What it is doing, is when I fire it up it the idle will spike up to 3-4000. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. It has a dynojet power commander on it, as well as Rinehart exhaust. All of which was on it when I bought it and it ran fine for the first year. If there is any other info that would be pertinent in helping diagnose please let me know.

Pike, have You had Your ECM re-flashed?
It seems that the problem You're having is very common for the 2007 Touring Models.
If You're not sure, I believe Your Local Dealer can tell by putting Your VIN in Their System.

Since the PC is a piggy back tuner, take it out of the loop. Do you still have your 02 sensors in the pipes ? Those will need to be in place without the PC.

I'm not entirely certain on the O2 sensors I've never really paid attention. I'm at work but will have to check that out. Thanks for the responses!

So just on the off chance it may save someone else a headache and some $$$ check the idle adjustment screw (unsure of proper terminology). Everything looked fine but apparently the loctite wore off and it slowly worked itself loose enough to hold the throttle open ever so slightly. Thanks again for the replies and ideas. Little adjustment and some fresh loctite and we're good to go again.
